Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused, and original condition. To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain Health & Personal Care items may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
